business as 5ber.eSIM (esim.5ber.com), recognizes the importance of
your privacy and iFREE GROUP is committed to respecting your

disclose, retain and protect your personal information ("Personal
Data", "Information").In addition, this Policy covers your rights
and choices with respect to your Personal Information and provides a

the 5ber.eSIM websites, applications, products, software, tools,
data sources and/or services (collectively, the "Services"), you

problems, and build statistics about the use, compatibility, and
traffic of the Services. The statistics are not otherwise aggregated
to identify any particular user of the system.
2. We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us
when you create an account, post content, make a purchase, or fill
out any online form on the Services.

4 Device privileges and instructions for use

experience, our mobile applications may request the following

list of apps on your device in order to recommend services or
products related to your installed apps.

Media and Files permission: allows us to access your media
library and files in order to upload or download the content
you need when you use the Services.

Microphone Permissions: gives us access to your microphone
when you use the voice input or voice call features.

Camera Permissions: We will request access to your camera when
you wish to upload pictures or make video calls through the
app.

Location information permission: Allows us to provide
location-based services, such as nearby business
recommendations or location-based services.
We promise that the above permissions will only be enabled when you
use the relevant features, and you can manage these permissions in
the settings of your device at any time. We will strictly comply

5 Information security management
Retention of information
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to
fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including the
purpose of meeting any legal, accounting or reporting requirements,
unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
After you update or delete your Personal Information, we may use any
aggregated data derived from or containing your Personal
Information, but not in a way that personally identifies you.
Once the retention period expires, the Personal Information will be
deleted.
As a result, rights of access, deletion, correction and data
migration cannot be exercised after the expiration of the retention

Billing and Payment
We use third party payment processors to help us securely process
your payment information. These third party processors process your

solution that helps us manage user inquiries and customer
support. We can provide live chat support through Udesk, as
well as communicate with users via email and other online
channels. udesk may process user contact information to
provide customer support services.
We have selected these third party service providers based on their
commitment to data protection and the quality of the services they
provide. We will ensure that any information collected through these
services will comply with the standards described in this Privacy
Policy.
Cookies
Our Services use "cookies" to help personalize your online
experience. a cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard
