5ber eSIM Card is a physical SIM card that complies with GSMA standards and can store up to 15 eSIM profiles simultaneously. Simply insert the card into your phone, activate the eSIM via the 5ber.eSIM app, and you can instantly connect to the eSIM service, enabling eSIM functionality on your device.
5ber offers flexible options to meet different user needs. We provide the following three card versions based on your requirements:
Once the eSIM on the card is successfully activated, the enabled eSIM can be used on any mobile device, except for carrier-locked devices.
For Android devices, you can manage eSIMs (download, delete, activate, deactivate) directly via the 5ber.eSIM app. If the 5ber.eSIM app reports that your device is incompatible, you can still use the STK Tools management method to switch between the eSIMs already stored on the card. Please note that only the Ultra version supports the STK Tools management method.
For iPhone devices, when using the Ultra card for the first time, please ensure that there are already downloaded eSIMs on the Ultra card, then use STK Tools on iOS devices to switch between eSIMs. (iPhone navigation: Settings > Cellular > SIM card > SIM applications > STK Tools (5ber)).
Before purchasing, please select the appropriate 5ber version based on your device model and carefully read the product description.
It is not recommended to manage eSIMs using both the 5ber.eSIM APP and STK Tools simultaneously.
Downloading and deleting eSIMs on the Ultra card still requires the 5ber.eSIM APP on an Android phone.
If your main device is an iPhone, you need to first download the eSIM using the 5ber.eSIM APP on an Android device, then insert the Ultra card into the iPhone to switch eSIMs via STK Tools.
If your main device is an Android model, please download the 5ber.eSIM APP to check your device's compatibility for free before purchasing.
The 5ber eSIM Card does not come with any eSIM files pre-installed. You need to purchase eSIMs separately from eSIM providers.
The 5ber eSIM Card can store up to 15 eSIM profiles simultaneously. The exact number may vary depending on the size of each profile.
When purchasing a 5ber eSIM Card, you can choose between the Standard, Premium, and Ultra versions based on your needs. Please note that you should carefully review the differences between versions before purchasing. Currently, switching between versions (e.g., from Standard to Premium, or from Premium to Ultra) is not supported.

If you want to purchase additional download attempts, please insert your 5ber eSIM Card into your Android device and complete the purchase through the 5ber.eSIM APP.

Since we ship from Asia, the estimated delivery time is 3-15 business days, depending on your location and local courier efficiency.
There may be shipping delays during transit. If your order is not delivered by the expected date, please contact customer service promptly, and we will investigate with the logistics company.
